3.24.20 NIGHT THOUGHTS: We've all been calling what we are doing, "social isolation" -- the staying home and away from others. But a friend posted this meme on FB today and I love it.We are NOT socially isolating; if anything I feel a community coming together in new and compassionate ways to offer support, encouragement, and strength to each other.
We may be physically distant, but are forging social connections that we can take beyond this crisis. We are in solidarity with each other, making this sacrifice together for the greater good of our communities near and far.
Keep your physical distance, but come together in social solidarity! We are all connected.
